Well….as the only Hordes army in this group, as well as the least accomplished painter AND having the army with the most models…I have a lot going against me. Not only does Morghoul’s feat not affect a single other player, but things like the Cankerworm (bonus against living models, my entire army!) and other factors are going to make this an absolute challenge.
So, while I expect to be beat to a pulp, I am going to do my best to learn my new army and finally be fully painted. I know the rest of the group doubts my ability to get this done, and while I cannot make promises of excellent paint jobs, I will do my best and try to prove everyone wrong.
Regarding how this will play…as I said before, the Cankerworm scares the bejeebus out of me, and the Behemoth and Sorscha are not going to be nice either. Kraye is just wrong….light cav acting light jacks and boosted attack rolls on the T-Heads energy pulse….sniffle….
My early composition was pretty simple. As we are going to scale this and eventually get to 750, I wanted a warlock that I could eventually switch to his epic version. I brought beast handlers because they are essentially that “must include” for me when playing beast heavy. The substitution of a cannoneer over a gladitator was simply to have some ranged ability in my list. The savages will be nice melee beasts and the gobbers should help to avoid some ranged attacks early on.
So there you have it…my list. I hope to have an update by the end of the week with some actual progress on my painting.

Why take this list of you are “The most inexperienced?” Don’t bite off more than you can chew.
Also…with that comment…you do realize that I’ve only been in the gaming scene for about 4 years…right? You…more

I don’t mean most inexperienced as a player…as a painter.

I really don’t think one model is enough of a reason to consider having “the most models in my list” a burden.

Lol…for someone who does not have a good track record getting things painted…I would say it is a burden.

Well, then step it up.

Quit your whining. This is supposed to be for fun; it’s not about building the best list. All the models I chose, with the exception of Krae, were picked because I want to work on the mountain of unpainted model’s we’ve got. And I got Krae because I liked the look of his model; I knew precious little of his abilities before he arrived in the mail.

Not to mention you’re using a Grenedier

I like the Grenadier, not the best but fun.

Have you ever had Cygnar long enuff to use one? Or just in theory? lol
Also…why is it Morghoul’s Mad Men, when it’s all beasts but a few men in tights and such…

I’ve used a Grenadier once before, but not to very good effect. It didn’t have much in the way of support; it was a pretty bad list, and it was against Mr. Richter, so of course I lost.
I find the idea of Mike ever having a Grenadier highly suspicious. The forums don’t like it, you know. And the forums seem to always dictate the army he’s playing. Hopefully this blog will get him out of that habit.

BURN! lol.

I don’t know where everyone gets the idea I follow the forums to decide my list. Hell Jake wouldn’t use Amon Ad-Raza cause the forum said he was the worst Menoth caster.
I used to run a Grenadier with a full unit of Trenchers, Finn and the attachment. I used it against Fyl in the first league. I like his multiple shots with trenchers around him.
I also like the Hunter, which I think the forums frown upon, lol.

Uhm…I don’t use amon cuz I don’t like him. Just like you ranted that I wouldn’t use Thagrosh, cuz you liked him.
